Get to Know Knut

Hi I am Knut Rikken.

The past few years managing the vSphere environment with VCF took most of the time, but the last few months I’ve finally got the opportunity to start with automation and orchestration at the company I work for. We use vRealize Automation and Orchestration and the first task was to create a broker functionality with our ITSM tool. 

Next stop was starting a vRO Workflow based on a vROPS alert, which was less “out-of-the-box” than I had anticipated, but we’ve got in working via webhooks now.

Lately I wondered to start a blog with some of the use cases I have at work. Since automation is making some progress now, I thought it would be a good time to start with it.
